Terms and Conditions for the Renting of Gite, at 5 Rue de la Ville Deneu, 22130 Corseul
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Final payment is required at the latest 4 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Refunds for cancellations will only be made if the weeks reserved are re-let.
A £50 refundable deposit (to be paid at the same time as the payment) is also required, to cover breakages, lost keys or any additional cleaning costs which may be incurred. (See paragraph below.)
We would be grateful if, when the gite is vacated, it is left in a clean and tidy condition and the keys are returned safely. Failure to do so may lead to some, or all, of the deposit being withheld. Your property will be cleaned before your arrival and we respectfully ask you to remember that you are staying in someone else's home and therefore to leave it as you found it upon departure.
All prices are per week, Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 11.00 a.m. although earlier arrivals and later departures can often be accommodated, particularly out of season, as can other arrival/departure dates.
Please note that this is a non-smoking gite and no pets are allowed.
